Negotiations (Introductory)
Negotiations are everyday tasks either in business situations or in our personal lives. We use negotiations to get to common agreements and try to get what we want.
This introductory course focuses on showing participants how to negotiate effectively by preparing objectives, scenarios and knowing the opponent. By using roleplays we take participants through real-life situations and use feedback to discuss the outcomes and best practices.
Common topics covered are:
- Win/Win situations as opposed to Lose/Lose situations.
- How to get to “Yes”
- Preparing for the negotiation.
