The CEDS Diagnostic is an online language assessment tool designed to evaluate the reading, writing, listening comprehension, and speaking skills of both current employees and potential hires. The tool is ideal for testing candidates for bilingual positions in operations such as Contact Center and BPO but can also be used for educational institutions and as a online placement test. This product is available as both an English speech and language assessment, as well as a Spanish fluency test.
CEDS Diagnostics can be completed on-site at your operation or remotely via Internet. Your internal recruiting team will be able to create candidate accounts, schedule evaluation times and listen to voice recordings of your current employees or new hires.
Detailed performance reports for each participant can easily be printed or exported to a spreadsheet. The CEDS Diagnostic content can be customized to evaluate for specific business areas or positions; We custom design the specific test to fit your exact needs.
