			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-523" src="http://cedsgt.com/files/2010/01/Picture-3.png" alt="SEGEPLAN logo" width="144" height="96" />The Guatemalan government&#8217;s scholarship division, SEGEPLAN, has just announced that a series of scholarships will be awarded to encourage young Guatemalans to improve their English skills.</p>
<p>The program was originally designed by CEDS, CIAV and IBA, and the three companies will be responsible for implementation and execution of the language training.</p>
<p>In the first round, which just opened for applications, 2000 scholarship will be offered with the possibility of extending this to more in the future.</p>
<p>CEDS will be delivering participant assessments using our <a href="http://cedsgt.com/ceds-business-solutions/ceds-diagnostics/">CEDS Diagnostics language assessment tool</a>, to determine at what level participants should enter the program.</p>
